If you cannot complete an assessment/you keep getting returned to the dashboard it is because you do not have any tokens or are not part of a subscription.
If you think that your school/organisation does have a subscription, then it is likely that you have created a duplicate account and are not part of the original organisation with the subscription. To be part of an organisation, you need to be invited. Setting up a new account and listing your organisation will not make you part of that organisation. Invitations to join organisations often get lost in junk/spam email folders. The easiest thing to do is to request that the admin of the school subscription send you a new invitation. They can read how to do this here
Check you are part of the right organisation
Each organisation has its own unique ID. You can ask a colleague who is part of the organisation with the subscription to check what the ID is and see if it matches up to the one you have. You can find the organisation ID when signed in by heading to ‘my account details’.
Once you have been invited to the organisation, you can transfer any EBPs over and then request that we delete the organisation created in error.
