If you cannot see EBPs that you think you should have access to, there are a few possible reasons.
- The EBPs belong to another staff member at your organisation who is part of a different organisation with the same name on the platform.
- The EBPs belong to another staff member at your organisation who has not migrated to the new platform (there are two versions of the website).
- You have requested a transfer of the EBP and this has not been authorised yet.
It can be difficult to know what problem you are experiencing here but you can make sure that you are part of the correct organisation and then, once you know that you are, you can get in touch with us with the EBP code and we can find out where it is. We will not be able to give you access to the EBP but we will be able to advise on next steps.
Check you are part of the correct organisation
Each organisation has its own unique ID. Ask a colleague who is part of the organisation to check what the ID is and see if it matches up to the one you have. You can find the organisation ID when signed in by heading to ‘my account details’.
Once you have been invited to the organisation, you should check your spam folder for the invite and then you will be able to sign in and see your missing EBP/s.
You can contact support to request deletion of any duplicate organisations created in error.
