Automatic emails come from The Boxall Profile® Online platform come from firstname.lastname@example.org via pm.mtasv.net
These emails are usually sent to spam/junk folders or they are blocked by security firewalls.
Automatic emails are sent straight away and so when you are expecting an email, it is best to check your junk folder immediately.
If you can’t find it, we recommend speaking with your IT department and requesting that they allow emails from email@example.com via pm.mtasv.net
It is not possible to use the platform effectively without receiving our automatic emails and unfortunately this isn’t usually a problem that we can fix at our end.
