When you request the transfer of an EBP, an automatic email is sent to the owner immediately. It’s possible that this email went into the owner’s junk/spam folder or that they missed it and so if you can, we recommend prompting them to find the email and action the request.
Only the owner of an EBP can grant access to that EBP, this is not something that the support team can help with.
To prevent our automatic emails going to junk/spam folders we recommend speaking with your IT department about emails from hello@boxallprofile.org via pm.mtasv.net as they should be able to help with this.
