When you sign up for a new account as an individual/organisation on The Boxall Profile® Online platform, you will receive a free token to use.
If you don’t receive a free token, it is because you have signed up as a group of settings/trust. Tokens cannot be used with these types of accounts because they have been designed for individual users.
The easiest thing to do is to set up another account under a different email address (not setting up as a group) and contact support to request deletion of your initial account. You can contact support using this form
You can set up as a trust or group of settings once you have completed your trial. Just contact support for deletion of your account using the above form.
