The Boxall Profile® Online gives various options to help categorise and identify your EBPs.
Classes are managed in Manage my Organisation.
When you create a new assessment, the classes you set up at the Manage my Organisation tab will show in the drop-down box.
Classes are an important function for the new end of year migration feature to work properly. You will need to make sure that your classes are linked to year groups and you can do that in Manage my Organisation.
Groups can be made by Admin, Super-user, Staff and External Professional users.
Groups are a way to further categorise your EBPs beyond year groups and classes. Groups can also be used to generate group overviews.
