The Class or Group Summary Overview allows you to see all the Boxall Profiles for the children in a specific group or class at a glance.
Reading the table
Each row in the table represents one child and their corresponding Boxall Profile® assessment.
Changing the assessment date: You can view a different assessment for a child by clicking the drop-down menu in the 'Date' column.
Understanding the scores and colour coding
The table uses colour coding to help you quickly identify areas of need.
1. Individual Strands (Columns A–J and Q–Z) Each letter represents a specific developmental or diagnostic strand.
Green (or unshaded): Scored within the norm (secure/competent).
Amber (or shaded): Scored outside the norm (area of need).
2. Summary columns ('Dev' and 'Diag') These columns count the total number of strands where a child has scored outside the norm.
Dev: Total number of Developmental strands outside the norm.
Diag: Total number of Diagnostic strands outside the norm.

Colour Key for Summary Columns:
Green: Few strands outside the norm.
Amber/Orange: Several strands outside the norm.
Red: Many strands outside the norm.
3. Group trends (The bottom row) The final row of the table summarizes the entire group, showing the percentage of children who are outside the norm for each specific strand.
Green: Less than 20% of the group is outside the norm.
Amber/Orange: 20% to 30% of the group is outside the norm.
Red: More than 30% of the group is outside the norm (indicates a high-priority area for the whole class).
