Online by card: This is the easiest and quickest way to pay for your subscription. You can do this once signed in, by heading to 'Subscriptions & Payments'. Paying online by card is the only way to gain immediate access to your subscription and to start creating EBP’s straight away.
Pay by invoice: If paying by card isn't an option for your setting we can also invoice for payment. To arrange to pay for a Boxall Profile® Online subscription by invoice, please complete the following steps:
- Read our Terms and Conditions.
- Complete this Online Invoicing Form.
- Create an account if one does not already exist.
- If an account already exists, then please ensure the email address that you provide on the form for the admin matches the email address on the existing account.
- Please enter the finance email in the "invoicing email".
How long will it take before I receive an invoice?
Once submitted, we will send you an invoice within 7 working days and on receipt of payment we will activate your subscription and confirm this to you by email. Subscription activation by invoicing can take up to 4 weeks to set up and you won't have immediate access to the Boxall Profile® Online until the payment is received, additionally subscriptions paid for by invoice will not automatically renew at the end of the subscription period.
How should I pay the invoice?
We highly recommend paying your subscription invoice electronically as payment by cheque can cause further delays to the activation of your subscription.
