We want all our users to benefit from the new website and features as soon as possible. The process is designed to guide users step by step to successfully migrate their account and data, therefore it’s very important to read the information very carefully throughout the whole process. What happens then? The admin of the subscription and the token user will receive via email an invitation to migrate the data. Please check your Spam folder just in case. The invitation includes very useful information such what happens in the process as well as why you receive the email.
If you are a user of a subscription, please contact your admin to migrate the subscription you are part of or type their email in the field provided. This will send them the migration link.
You are not able to access the previous data unless you go through the migration process. Don't worry, the data will be safely stored and waiting to be moved across. If you are not sure you have migrated, please contact us.
