Once you move your account and data to the New Boxall Profile Online, you will be able to access the service as you used to before as well as the new features. Please be aware that invitations to start the migration process will be sent out soon. Below is what will happen with past purchases:
If you had tokens on your account prior to using the new service, you will be able to continue using them as usual after migration. One token gives you the same rights: complete one assessment and one learning plan. The sharing restrictions are still applicable.
If you had an active subscription, you will be given a 'legacy subscription'. This legacy subscription will allow you to complete an unlimited number of assessments until the subscription expires as before. In addition, you can add more staff to your organisation and benefit from the new features immediately after migration.
Please note that we don't transfer your card details in the migration process. If you would like to keep using the service, you will need to purchase a new subscription. If you are missing any of the invoices in your Subscriptions and Payments area, please let us know. Please be aware that our offer for subscriptions and tokens will differ on the new platform, depending on the number of children/young people assessed.
If you had an expired subscription, you will be able to purchase a new subscription as soon as you migrate. Please be aware that users that have formerly been part of your subscription will migrate separately. When a new subscription is purchased, you will be able to invite them to your organisation.
