If the admin user of your subscribing organisation has moved your organisation's data over to the New Boxall Profile Online, you may not see all the EBPs you could previously see.
This is because the subscribing organisation on New Boxall Profile Online owns the data and the admin user for the subscription controls who can see the data. Contact your admin user, and they should be able to share data with you again. If your admin user can't help, our team may be able to help, so please contact us.
If you had access to EBPs on the previous platform that you didn't create just looked up, when migrating, you will lose your access to it until the owner of the EBP has granted you the access. All looked up EBPs will show on the user account on a separate list on the My EBPs page. Alongside each EBP, the user is able to "Request a transfer" (requesting ownership of the EBP) or "Request an invite" (to be a member of the owning organisation). In both cases, if the other organisation has not migrated yet, your requests are stored until the owner migrates.
