I want to reassess a child or young person

To reassess a child or young person, you will need to find their EBP code, and add a new assessment.

1. Go to the My EBPs tab or Search EBP's.
2. Use the search bar or scroll through the icons/tiles to find the EBP for the child or young person.
3. Click on the icon/tile containing the EBP code to be taken to the overview, where you can see the previous assessments carried out along with a brief overview of the pupil.
4. Press the plus button that says ‘Add Assessment’.
