To support holistic provision, information in a Boxall Profile® Online assessment should be shared with relevant people, so they are aware of the identified strategies and targets. This could include lunchtime supervisors, behaviour support staff, teaching assistants, intervention teachers, educational psychologists, and professionals in other outside agencies.
Please note, however, that the approach and language of the Boxall Profile® Online has been designed to be used by professionals working with children and young people. It is not appropriate to share full assessments and learning plans, or extracts from assessments or learning plans using the formal language used in the profile, with children, young people, parents and caregivers.
