Each school is different. However, most secondary schools have form tutors who see the child or young person every day, so they may be best placed to fill out the Boxall Profile® Online assessment. It is possible they may need to ask for help and advice from other teachers for any questions that are difficult to answer. It's very important that once the Boxall Profile® Online assessment has been completed and learning plans drawn up, these are shared with all relevant staff.
