You can view your subscription status by clicking on the Subscriptions and Payments tab from the main menu.
If you believe that you have a subscription, but it is not showing up in the account, there are two possible reasons for this.
- You have requested to pay by invoice and your subscription has not been activated. Invoicing usually takes up to a month to process and we will be in contact to notify you when your subscription is live.
- Your organisation has duplicate accounts that have been created in error and you are not in the one that has a live subscription. This troubleshooting article will be useful in resolving that.
