Open the password reset email and follow the instructions to set a new password. Return to the login page and you can use the new password to log in. Password reset emails usually end up in junk/spam folders so please check there immediately if you can't find the email.
If you don't receive the email, it's worth requesting again just in case you typed the address incorrectly.
Sometimes our emails are blocked by school firewalls and we recommend reaching out to your IT department if you don't receive our email before getting in touch with us. The support team cannot reset passwords for you.
