What is a Finance user?
A Finance user is a specific user type that can be added to any organisation on the Boxall ProfileĀ® Online platform, regardless of their subscription status (active, token, or expired).
How to add a Finance user
To add a Finance user navigate to:
- Navigate to My Account
- Select Manage Users
- Click send a new invitation
- Add email address and select Finance from the Role drop down
What can a Finance user access?
The Finance user role provides limited, secure access to essential financial aspects of your subscription.
They can:
- View subscription details: Access information about your current subscription plan.
- Manage payments: View payment history and outstanding invoices.
- Access receipts: Download and print receipts for past transactions.
- Make purchases: Initiate and complete purchases, including new subscriptions or features like the Transitions Passport.
What can a Finance User NOT access?
To ensure the highest level of data security and privacy, Finance Users have no access to:
- Pupil data: They cannot view, create, or modify any individual pupil records or assessment data.
- Assessment creation: They cannot create new Boxall ProfileĀ® assessments.
